Returns & Exchanges

At SpearmintLOVE, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
